Company created in 1999 as a response to the emerging necessities of logistical services of Mexico City which offer the following services:
  • Inland Transport 
We have trucks and equipment for the transport of containers and general cargo, All with GPS system of satellite localization and with the authorization of the Ministry of Communications for the transportation of dangerous goods in the roads of Mexico.

Also has trucks of 3.5 and 4.5 TM with closed boxes for the transportation of LCL goods.


  • Control and operations in warehouses

We have wheel loaders, skids, cranes, forklift and hoppers which allow to perform loading and unloading from ships, as well as inventory administration and storage of materials in the ports of Tuxpan and Veracruz.


We have more than 10 years of experience in the operation and management of petroleum coke in  bulk.  

The yards in Tuxpan and Veracruz have cranes with a 40 TM capacity for the handling of cargo, forklifts for stuffing and unstuffing, and warehouse,  this all allows to offer our customers integrates logistical services and create schemes to bring in time, lowering costs and having the required delivery time.

  • Operations of ships and crew

We have the experience and capacity to bring forth a whole operation, commercial and nautical management, management of bulk merchant ships, tankers, general cargo, offshore services, among others, as well as a crew for the whole operation.  

In addition to the commercial operation, we take care of supplying crew with the highest technical standards and with all its documentation in order, and we give the service of preventive and corrective maintenance, spare parts, keeping the ships in class and with valid certificates, codes of ISPS and ISM.  

Our function is keeping the ship operating at 100%, according to the requirements of the ship owner. We have a  port staff  of MM engineers to attend these services.
  • Cargo supervision.
We take care of cargo supervision as well as management of inventories, operation of arrivals and departures, management of lashing materials and supervision of ship cargo.
We also oversee the customers in the best terms and conditions of ship hire and revision of contracts with the ship owners. We become the representative of the exporter or importer in the port, monitoring the operations and services that offer the different providers of service in the port, keeping you informed at all times about the development of your operation.
  • Naviera del Rem.
The corporation “Naviera del Rem” has been incorporated into our group, which brings services of N.V.O.C.C, including door-to-door services, as well as chartering of vessels for ocean navigation and coastal shipping (cabotage).
